DRIVER'S TIPS & DIRECTIONS

This page comes in aid of ALBARENT’s clients, who in our case are all the drivers of ALBARENT’s vehicle fleet. For those who rent a vehicle for the first time at ALBARENT or anywhere in the domestic market, we wish to provide some advice on the major points that would come to an help anyone that has the responsibility of the contracter (or the driver) with vehicles ALBARENT’s vehicles: 

- Categorically prohibited to smoke in the cabin!

- The lessee (the renter) bears 100% responsibility and fully pays for any damages caused inside the car (the cabin of the car).

- The lessee (the renter) bears 100% responsibility and fully pays for any damages caused to clutch group, clutch disk and specidisk, the repair time and all the costs associated with this repair!

- Recommended to drive the vehicle with closed windows to avoid the dust and the stones while exchanging with other cars on the street, or getting the inside parts of the vehicles wet from the rain or the puddles on the road!

- Recommended keeping the cabin clean and not placing there any objects that are not secured and could fall, especially if they are heavy on weight! They are at high risk of hitting the glass windows of the car while braking, or injure the passengers in the cabin!

- Every passenger must absolutely wear the seatbelt in all of the seats of the vehicle! It is prohibited to place the seatbelts behind the front seats.

- When the vehicle is equipped with a sunroof, the utmost care must be taken to not forget this sunroof open or to misuse it, since the damage caused in the cabin is pretty significant and the client bears 100% responsibility of it!

- Recommended that in cases with difficult parking or double parking on the street, the passengers should exit the vehicle once there is enough room to open the doors and be careful while opening them, to avoid any damages on the ALBARENT’s vehicle as well as on third parties, such as other vehicles, bicycles, motorcycles or pedestrians!

Behavior on the street and while driving with ALBARENT’s vehicles:

- Categorically forbidden to violate and disobey the domestic (Albanian) traffic rules and those of abroad!

- Categorically forbidden for the driver of ALBARENT’s vehicles to fight and swear, or create traverse situations while driving, with other drivers or other automobiles in the street!

- Categorically prohibited from illegal parking, parking on the sidewalks, carelessly handling the vehicle, parking bumper to bumper (parking on a spot while having to push the car in front or back of yours).

- In case of an accident, the driver of ALBARENT’s vehicle, must simultaneously notify both the traffic/road police and the operator of ALBARENT about the scene of the accident and the incident itself, and should wait for the police report on the accident, the damage and who is guilty, and fill out the appropriate form (available in the glove compartment) of insurance when this is requested by the other party or the police! Categorically forbidden any agreement made between the parties about the accident without notifying and receiving a report from the police!

- Categorically prohibited conducting races, pulling of other vehicles, burnout of tires, or use of the horn without being necessary with ALBARENT’s vehicles! The tenant bears 100% responsibility and pay any damage to the vehicle undergoing trumpet! The renter (the lessee) bears 100% responsibility and pays any damages caused to the horn of the vehicle!

- Prohibited (when the vehicle has an automatic transmission) to be pulled off or pushed or moved with force except when in position (N)!

- Categorically prohibited to use ALBARENT’s vehicles for freight (transportation of goods) or heavy weights, or for commercial purposes (business), crossings of boarders and customs with goods for business.

- Categorically prohibited to drive ALBARENT’s vehicles under the influence of narcotics and alcohol, or not in an optimal physical shape!
